Meet Lauren Salgado.

Lauren Noelle Salgado is a psychic medium, astrologer, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), and certified breathwork facilitator whose work bridges intuition, consciousness, and personal transformation.

With over two decades of experience in the intuitive arts and yoga practice, Lauren integrates ancient wisdom with modern approaches to self-discovery. Through private readings, transformational breathwork, and her signature Cosmic Power yoga classes, which blend movement with intuitive tarot readings, she creates opportunities for individuals to deepen their awareness and connection with themselves.
