Meet Lauren Salgado.

Lauren is a lifelong seeker of the mysteries, devoted to serving The Great Work.

From the age of three, she recalls her first encounter with an angel, an experience that shaped the trajectory of her life and awakened her innate gifts as a psychic medium. With nearly a decade of professional practice, Lauren has guided countless individuals through transformative readings, helping them access clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to their path.

Her work bridges the intuitive and the embodied. As a certified breathwork facilitator and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she creates spaces for profound emotional release and energetic alignment, empowering others to reconnect with their truth and step into lives of greater purpose, joy, and self-trust.

Before fully devoting herself to her spiritual path, Lauren spent over 17 years in the entertainment industry, managing talent and producing high-profile events on the Las Vegas Strip. Her background in performance began in classical ballet, training with prestigious institutions including the Bolshoi Ballet, The Rock School of Pennsylvania Ballet, and the North Carolina School of the Arts. She later performed in Jubilee! at Bally’s Las Vegas, where she was featured on the Las Vegas Strip billboard for over a decade.

Today, Lauren integrates her artistic, intuitive, and somatic training into a multidimensional approach to healing and transformation. Based in Las Vegas, she is a respected voice in the local yoga and spiritual community, devoted to guiding others toward balance, harmony, and inner peace.

Above all, she is a mother to her two sons, Maddox and Phoenix, and their beloved dog, Wallace, her greatest teachers and the heart of everything she does.
